Betshop Management
This section allows to display the list of all Betshops to manage and/or add Betshop
resources. Betshop Management section has two subsections: Betshops and Cash Desk
Live Chat.
1. Betshops
The Betshop section shows information about the betshops registered under your
business.
â— ID – the unique number of the Betshop.
â— Name - the name of the betshop.
â— Group - the group the Betshop belongs to.
â— Currency – the currency in which the Betshop is operating.
â— Region - the country, where the Betshop is located.
â— Address - the address of the Betshop.
â— Modified - the last time the Betshop information was updated.
â— Is Visible - yes/no.
â— Tools - edit the betshop information
edit the Betshop group, name, currency, region and/or address in the pop-up
window.
- Note that you cannot change the ID
- add a new betshop. Fill in the information and click on the “Save”
button- - see the detailed information about the Cashdesks of the selected Betshop
- Cashdesk
â— Name – the name of the Cashdesk.
â— ID - the unique number of the Cashdesk.
â— Type - the type of the Cashdesk.
â— Currency - the currency in which the Cashdesk operates.
â— Computer ID - the unique number of the computer.
â— Min Balance - the recommended min balance for the Cashdesk.
â— Limit amount- the amount of the limit;
â— Use Turnover Limit- whether the Cashdesk uses turnover limit or not.
â— Turnover Limit- limits on turnover.
â— Min Bet- the minimum allowed bet amount.
â— Live Max Bet- the maximum bet amount allowed on live bets.
â— Pre-Match Max Bet – the maximum bet amount allowed on pre-match bets.
â— Pre-Match % - the limitations on pre-match bets in %.
â— Live % - the limitations on live bets in % - - edit the Cashdesk information.
- add a Cashdesk. Fill in the information and click “Save”.
- add a cashier. Fill in the information and click “Save”.
- - delete the Cashdesk.
- the detailed information about the Cashiers:
â ID - the unique number of the cash,
â Name - the username of the cashier,
â First Name - the name of the cashier,
â Last Name - the surname of the cashier.
- the log history of the Cashdesk. Log History has two sections: Filter and Reports.
Filter
In the Filter section you are specifying the search details:
â— Datepicker - choose the date range of the search,
â— Field - choose the field of the search. - Reports
This section views the report with the specified information. It consists of the
following columns:
â— Date and Time - the time the changes were made,
â— User ID - the unique number of the user,
â— IP - the location of the user,
â— Field - the name of the field, where changes were made,
â— Old - the previous record,
â— New - the new record.
