Messages has two sub-subsections: Email Template and Messages List.

Messages has two sub-subsections: Email Template and Messages List.
1.Email Template
Here you can create a new email template, each of which has their own purpose. In this
section we have:
● Welcome – to be sent to the Player upon registration,
● Withdraw Approved/Rejected – to be sent to the Player, when his withdraw
request is approved/rejected,
● Verification Email – in case an Email verification is needed to complete the
registration,
● Forgot Password – the template that allows the Player to reset his/her
password,
● Verified – sent to the Player once he/she verifies the account,
● Blocked – sent to the Player when he/she gets blocked,
● ID – the unique number of the Email template,
● Name - the name of the template,
● Type – the type of the template,
● Language - the language of the template,
● Subject- the subject of the template.
Tools - view and edit the template
create a new template.
Creating a new template includes filling in the fields:
● Type,
● Language,
● Template Name,

2.Messages List
Messages List page has two sections: Filter and Messages List.
Filter
Searching for messages.
● Datepicker – specifies the date range of the search.
● Player ID – the unique number of the Player.
● Status - new/ answered.
● Subject – the subject of the message.
● Match Exact- search by the exact word.

❏ Date - the date the message was sent.
❏ Player ID – the unique number of the Player.
❏ Login – the username of the Player.
❏ First Name – the name of the Player.
❏ Last Name – the surname of the Player.
❏ Subject – the subject of the message.
❏ Status - new / answered.
Tools - reply to the message.

After clicking “New Message” button you are redirected to new page. This page has
two sections: Filter (here you set filters to search for Players) and Players List(here
you can see the filtered list of players).
Filter
● Player ID – the unique number of the Player.
● Personal ID – the personal number of the Player.
● Document number – the document number of the Player.
● First Name – the Player’s name.
● Last Name – the Player’s surname.
● Email – the Player’s Email address.

This page shows a list of already made templates for automatic reply.
It shows the following data:
● ID – the ID of the certain message,
● Time – the start of the period the customers were registered and sends the
message to them,
● End Time – the end of the period the customers were registered and sends the
message to them,
● Message Text – the actual text of the message,
● Tools – the actions to either edit or delete the message - - add new message.

and sends the message only to them,
● Language - the language of the message,
● Amount- replaceable keyword, which will be replaced with the amount
provided by the Player,
● Currency - replaceable keyword, which will be replaced with the
currency provided by the Player,
● RequestId - replaceable keyword, which will be replaced with the ID
provided by the Player.
