On this page, you can find information about: Player Info, Player KPIs, Social Preferences, SportsBook Settings, Notes, Payment, Payment Types, Transactions, Logins, Betting Report, Sport Bets and Casino History.Â
The Players section has two subsections: Filter and Reports.
To search players you need to specify the information that you know. If a field is left blank, then all possible values for that field are relevant. The possible search criteria are:Â
â— Registration Date - the Partner can specify the time period within which the Players were registered.Â
â— Username - the Player can be found by his/her exact username.
 ◠Player ID - allows the Partner to find the Player by his/her exact Player ID.Â
â— Region - allows the Partner to find the player by his/her registration country.Â
â— Last Login Date - the Partner can specify the time period within which the Players last logged in.Â
â— First Name - finds Players by their first name.Â
â— Last Name - finds Players by their last name.Â
â— Middle Name - finds Players by their middle name.Â
â— Gender – denotes the Player’s gender.Â
â— Email - finds Players by email.Â
â— Birthday - can be specified to show if a Player was born on that date.Â
â— Registration Source - can be specified to show whether a Player registered via mobile, web, IOS, Android, tablet, terminal, etc.Â
â— Currency – the list of currencies available on the website, to find the Players who registered under a specific currency from that list.Â
â— Client Category - to find Players by a specific category: “Low risk, high risk, etc.â€
Advanced Filter - displays all filter options
Advanced Filter includes:Â
â— Is Verified - shows only verified or non-verified Players.Â
â— Is Self Excluded - shows only self-excluded or only non-self-excluded Players; here self-exclusion includes all types of self-exclusion, such as self-exclusion, time-out, and self-closure of account.
 ◠External ID – Player’s external ID.Â
â— Promo Code - the code the Player used during the registration.Â
â— Personal ID - either the full personal document ID of a Player or any part of it can be specified.Â
â— Phone – the phone number of the Player.Â
â— Mobile – the mobile number of the Player.Â
â— Cashdesk - a specific Cashdesk, where the Player is registered.Â
â— City - Player’s registration city.Â
â— IP Address - Player’s IP address.Â
â— Affiliate Id - the agent ID.Â
â— BTag - the Player affiliate ID.Â
â— Document number –the document number of the Player.Â
â— Min Balance - can be specified to show if the Player has at least the specified
amount of funds.
â— Max balance - can be specified to show if the Player has at most the specified amount of funds.Â
â— Sport Profitness From - shows the Players with the lower value of the sportsbook profit range.
 ◠Sport Profitness To - shows the Players with the upper value of the sportsbook profit range.
 ◠Casino Profitness From - shows the Players with the lower value of the casino profit range.Â
â— Casino Profitness To - shows the Players with the upper value of the casino profit range.
 ◠Status - can be specified to show only locked, only non-locked or all Players.Â
â— Is Email Subscribed – only shows the Players, who subscribed to or unsubscribed from the Email services.Â
◠Is Email Subscribed – only shows the Players, who subscribed to or unsubscribe from SMS services.
 ◠Is Logged In – only shows online or offline Players.
 Reports
In this subsection you can see the search results that were filtered via Filter.
1. Settings- select the columns you want to display.
 a. Current Columns- columns that are displayed.Â
b. Possible Columns- columns that are not displayed, but are available.
2. Player info- once the filter is applied you will see the list of players, and their
info:
- Login,Â
- ID,Â
- First Name,Â
- Last Name,Â
- Personal ID,
 - Email.
 - ActionÂ
– Click on the “eye†icon to open the Players Info page and click
on the history button to see the log history of the selected Player. More
details in section .
3. Add Player- fill in all the requested fields to create a new user
