Tools
This section allows to manage settings considering security, limits on deposits and
withdrawals, to translate terms, to make and manage email and SMS templates for
players. Tools section has 3 sub-sections: Partner Settings, Translation Manager and
Messages.
1.. Partner Settings
On this page, you can see the Partner settings info. The page is divided into four fields:
General, Security, Client Withdrawal Requests, and Client Deposit Requests
edit settings.
General
â— Company Name – the name of the company.
- â— Address – the address of the company.
- â— Phone – the phone number of the company.
â— Email – the Email address of the company. - IP Address Restriction Settings
In this section you can add restricted IP addresses.
â— IP Address - enter the IP address of the user you need to restrict.
â— Created data - the date a certain restriction was created.
â— Tools - delete the restriction. - Press on the “Add Restriction” button to
add one more IP
restriction. - - delete the restriction.
Security
â— User Password Expire Days - within this period user’s password is valid. If you
don’t want the password to ever expire, leave a free space.
â— User Temp Password Expire Days – after the registration the new user gets a
temporary password, which must be reset within the validity period.
â— User Password Min Length – the minimal number of symbols in a password.
â— Days Notify Before Password Expire – the number of days before the user is
notified about the password expiration.
â— User Password Regular Expression – the recommendations when selecting the
password; good, strong, and stronger. Currently we only have one security
combination. The password should be minimum 8 characters, both small and
capital letters, with a minimum of one number and one special symbol.
â— User Wrong Login Attempts – the maximum number of wrong logins, after
which the account is blocked. - Client Authentication Settings
â— Wrong Login Attempts - set how many wrong login attempts you want to allow.
â— Restrict Login By Email - set if you don’t allow to login by email.
â— Wrog Login Block Time - set after how many attempts of wrong login the
website blocks the user.
â— Enable Two Factor Authentication - selecting the checkbox enables the two
factor authentication.
â— Birth Date Security Check - selecting the checkbox enables the security mode
â— Enforce Password History - allows to collect the history of the password
changes.
â— Single Login - allows only one login session at a time.
â— Keep Password History - allows to keep the history and not delete it. - Client Withdrawal Requests
â— Max Requests Per Day - the maximal number of requests per day.
â— Withdrawal Request Min Amount- the minimal amount of withdrawal money
that can be requested.
â— Withdrawal Request Max Amount – the maximal amount of withdrawal money
that can be requested.
â— Max Allowed Active Requests Count – the maximal number of active requests.
â— Maximum Paid Amount Per Day - shows the number of maximum allowed paid
amount per day ;
â— Paid Requests Max Count Per Day - shows the number of maximum allowed
requests per day. - Client Deposit Requests
â— Deposit Request Min Amount- the minimal amount of money that can be
deposited.
â— Deposit Request Max Amount- the minimal amount of money that can be
deposited.
â— Is Enabled Template Autofill - enable the autofill of the template.
â— Is Enabled Auto Reply Message - enable the auto reply to the messages.
â— Auto Reply Start Count- determine when then auto reply will appear. - edit Settings.
After you press on the Edit button, all fields become changeable- - save changes. - cancel changes.
