General section includes the following subsections: Player Info, Player Privacy Info, Player Verification, Notes, Player Document Images, Messages.
- Player Info.
Player Info includes the following fields:
● Personal information- First Name, MiddleName, Last Name, Birth Info, Document Info, Personal ID, Gender, Is Resident, Checkbox.
● Contact Info- includes the following fields: Region, Email, City, Phone, Address, Mobile, Zip-Code.
● Financial Info- includes the following fields: Bank Name, IBAN, Swift Code, Account Holder name.
● Promotional Info- includes the following fields: Is Using Loyalty Program (checkbox), Loyalty Level, Loyalty Point, Excluded From Bonuses (checkbox).
● Account Info- includes the following fields:
○ PlayerID - the unique number of the Player,
○ Username - the nickname of the Player,
○ External ID - the external ID of the Player.
● Social Preferences- includes the following fields:
○ Subscribed To Email - whether the Player is subscribed to email notifications.
○ Subscribed To Sms - whether the Player is subscribed to SMS notifications.
○ Subscribed To Newsletter- whether the Player is subscribed to newsletter notifications.
○ Subscribe To Internal Message - whether the Player is subscribed to internal messages.
